How do I pick up and return my car?

Most Fox rentals are collected at airport counters. Your confirmation shows the terminal desk and hours; returns follow the location’s posted drop-off procedures—inspect the vehicle and keep the receipt.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellation terms vary by rate and location. Many prepaid bookings permit free cancellation up to 48–72 hours before pickup; nonrefundable fares are cheaper but not refundable. Check your booking confirmation for exact terms.

Are there discounts or promo codes available?

Yes. Fox regularly publishes promotional rates and coupon codes on its website and partner sites. Corporate and long-term rental discounts are also available—apply codes at checkout or contact customer service for bundled savings.
