Flight search and booking

eDreams’ flight engine excels at price comparison: filter by duration, stops and carrier, then choose optional extras at checkout. After payment you’ll get an immediate e-ticket and a confirmation email. Note that baggage, seat selection and some change fees are governed by the operating airline, so review fare rules before finalizing.

Hotels and packaged trips

Hotel bookings and packages are presented with clear photos, cancellation rules and location maps. Bundling a hotel with flights often reduces total cost, and your hotel voucher is delivered electronically. Cancellation policies vary by property — pay attention to refund windows and prepayment requirements when securing a deal.

FAQ

How will I receive my tickets and confirmations?

After booking you’ll get an immediate confirmation email with e-tickets or vouchers. Access the same documents anytime in My Bookings or the eDreams mobile app — print or show digital copies at check‑in.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Cancellation and change options depend on the fare class and supplier. Some bookings are refundable, others not. Review fare rules at checkout and use My Bookings to request changes; additional fees or supplier penalties may apply.

How do I apply promo codes or access deals?

Enter promo codes in the checkout promo field where eligible. eDreams also offers app-only deals and email promotions; codes have specific terms and cannot always be combined with other offers.
