Top reasons to choose Tonal for home strength training.
The hardware: compact, powerful, precise
Tonal’s core unit mounts to standard studs and houses motors that generate smooth, adjustable resistance across dozens of exercises. The integrated touchscreen streams live and on-demand classes while measuring reps, range of motion and force. For committed lifters who want measurable progress without a full rack, Tonal delivers clinical precision and a clean, furniture-friendly profile.
The experience: coaching, programming, accessories
Beyond the machine, Tonal’s ecosystem includes a curated class library, progressive training plans and purpose-built accessories—bench, bars, handles and recovery tools. Membership unlocks personalized programming and workout analytics; accessories and installation services simplify setup, making the system feel like a boutique in-home studio rather than a single piece of equipment.
