Why Flybird
Three strengths that define Flybird
01Value-first pricingFlybird positions itself as a budget-friendly option, delivering steel construction and practical features at lower price points than specialty gym brands.
02Space-saving designMany Flybird benches fold or adjust compactly, making them ideal for apartments, garages, and small home-gym setups where floor space matters.
03User-friendly gearProducts aim for simple assembly, clear instructions and straightforward adjustability — great for beginners and busy home lifters.
01
The signature adjustable bench
Flybird’s adjustable benches are the brand’s hallmark: steel frames, multiple incline positions and a fold-flat feature that tucks away when not in use. They cater to bodyweight, dumbbell and barbell routines, and their compact footprint makes them a go-to for apartment lifters who want bench versatility without permanent equipment.
02
Accessories and strength staples
Beyond benches, Flybird offers a selection of strength accessories designed to complement a home setup — from basic free-weight options to benches' add-ons. The focus is on practical, lower-cost pieces that pair with adjustable benches to create a complete, space-efficient training station.
