Why EMS
Three reasons customers return to EMS
Footwear built for trails
EMS keeps a broad selection of hiking and backpacking footwear—lightweight trail runners, waterproof hikers and rugged mountaineering boots. In‑store boot fitting and gait analysis help dial in fit and support, while curated brand choices emphasize durability and on‑trail performance. Ideal if you want footwear tested for real conditions rather than mass-market styles.
Tents and sleep systems
From ultralight backpacking tents to family car‑camping shelters, EMS stocks shelters and sleep systems for every season. Expect insulated sleeping bags and pads, plus expert advice on capacity, weight and weather ratings. The camping category is engineered for real trips—practical features, reputable brands and seasonal deals for kit that lasts.
