Where does Kole Imports ship?
Kole ships across the United States and offers freight options for larger, palletized orders. Shipping methods and rates depend on order size—check checkout or contact customer service for freight quotes.
What is the returns policy?
Return rules vary by product. Because many items are closeouts or clearance, some sales are final. For standard returns, review the merchant’s policy page or contact Kole’s customer service before returning merchandise.
Are there discounts for bulk or repeat buyers?
Yes — bulk pricing is a core part of Kole’s model. Clearance sales, case discounts and occasional promotions reduce per-unit cost; sign up for emails or contact sales for business pricing.
