Common questions
Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
DiscountMugs uses U.S.-based production and fulfillment. Typical production plus domestic transit varies by item and quantity; expect standard lead times unless you select a rush option. International shipping and expedited services are available on many products—check product pages or contact sales for specifics.
Can I return or exchange customized items?
Because items are custom-printed, returns are limited. DiscountMugs will replace or remake items that arrive defective or with a printing error—report issues promptly with photos so customer service can arrange a reprint or correction.
Are there discounts for large orders or promo codes?
Yes. Pricing typically scales by quantity with clear tiered discounts on each product page. The site also runs occasional promotions; for large corporate bids or negotiated pricing, contact their sales team for a formal quote.
