Pictureline opened in Salt Lake City, February 1989, as a small one-man operation dedicated to providing exemplary service to all who crossed the threshold. Over 30 years and 22 employees later, that credo of exemplary service remains, not only to those visiting our store but also to those visiting us on the web. We provide fast and honest service, email order updates, education and support with the courtesy as if it were still a one-man shop.

When Pictureline opened, it was primarily a supplier to commercial professional photographers. As digital has revolutionized the photographic industry, we have gone through several changes as well. Pictureline is currently a top-of-the-line camera store that caters not only to the professionals but also to anyone who loves photography. We have carefully chosen every product line that we carry and stand behind every product that we sell. We have never once carried a grey market product in our 30 years of business, and we never will.

With a long-time expert staff, we are here to ensure that every detail of your experience meets or exceeds your expectations.  We are here to help you create your best photos and videos by providing the right products, rental, education and services. Our anchor brands include Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm, Panasonic, Epson, Profoto, Manfrotto, GoPro, Sandisk, and many others.

Pictureline is committed to delivering your new gear quickly and in pristine condition so your photo shoots never skip a beat. Our in-house packaging and flat-rate shipping make that possible.

We are located in Salt Lake City, UT. Because we package and ship your new products in-house, we are able to deliver orders via UPS Ground to the Western Continental United States in 2 days or fewer! If you are not our neighbor, we have created a handy UPS Ground Transit Time Map to aid your understanding of our shipping process.

Do you ship on weekends?

We do not ship on weekends. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday. If you select a USPS shipping option they continue transit on Saturdays for orders we shipped Monday - Friday.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer Next Day, 2-day and 3-day shipping options. Expedited shipping times refer to business days only and will not be delivered on Saturday or Sunday. If you require Saturday delivery, please call for more information.

When will my order ship?

All orders made Monday - Friday are shipped the same day if they are placed before 3:45PM MST! If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday it will be shipped before 3:45PM MST the following Monday.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently our shipping is limited to the United States. In the event that items are shipped internationally, pictureline is not responsible for customs charges. Customs charges or any other international shipping fees/taxes are to be paid by the customer.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes via USPS only.

What carrier is used for the FREE shipping option?

We'll choose the most efficient shipping method to get your package to you as quickly and economically as possible. If specific delivery options are required, simply choose your desired shipping method at checkout.
