FAQ

Do you ship to my state and how long does delivery take?

JR Cigar ships across much of the U.S., but tobacco laws restrict sales to certain states. Delivery time depends on service chosen — expect 2–7 business days for standard domestic shipping. Adult signature may be required on receipt.

What is your returns policy for cigars and accessories?

Tobacco products are generally final sale due to freshness and regulation; contact customer service immediately for damaged shipments. Non-tobacco accessories and unused humidors are typically eligible for return—follow the site’s returns instructions and time limits.

How can I find discounts or sampler deals?
