Do I need Wi-Fi or a landline?
No WiFi or landline needed. This is 2021 so all the panel needs is a cellular connection and you’re up and running.

Do I need a certain cell phone provider?

What happens if the power goes out?
If your power goes out, you might be alone in a dark house with no Netflix, but Cove will continue to secure your home. The Cove Touch Panel has a 24 hour backup battery to protect you against power outages.

I have equipment from another company, is it compatible?
Great question and we love the resourcefulness! Cove uses the same wireless frequency (345 mhz) as most other companies which means that many competitor accessories will connect to our system. If you have wired or wireless sensors that do not use that same frequency, they likely will not work. Sound confusing?
