FAQ
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes — Haynes ships to the UK and many international destinations. Shipping costs, delivery times and tracking availability depend on the destination; see Haynes' shipping page or checkout for specifics.
What is the returns policy?
Physical books can typically be returned if in original condition within the retailer's stated returns period; digital products (downloads or activated eManuals) are generally non-returnable. Start a return via your Haynes account or contact customer support for guidance.
How does the Referral Programme work?
Members share a unique referral link or code. When a friend makes an eligible purchase, both referrer and friend receive the reward listed in the current offer—usually a discount or credit. Log into your Haynes account to access your referral tools and full terms.
