H10 Hotels was established in the early 1980s, when it began operating in Spain's main holiday destinations. Today, the company has more than 65 hotels in 22 destinations, with more than 16,000 rooms, the majority of which it owns. H10 Hotels is one of Spain's top 10 hotel companies and is currently expanding throughout Europe and the Caribbean. The company is committed to satisfying its customers' needs by offering them exceptional locations, specialised services, carefully selected cuisine and facilities that are constantly being updated to ensure the highest levels of quality.

Our experience of more than 40 years in the hotel sector is based on our commitment to service, business integrity and the continuous application of high quality standards in everything we do. With the aim of gathering together all of these principles and values and the code of conduct that should prevail in our company, in July 2017 the H10 Hotels Code of Ethics has been approved. All employees, managers, administrators and collaborators of H10 Hotels, as well as their customers, partners, suppliers and, in general, any natural or legal person that may be connected with H10 Hotels must follow this Code of Ethics.

We have a quality management system in place, the H10 Quality Excellence Management System, which controls quality, prevention, safety and sustainability. Thanks to the implementation of this system, H10 Hotels has been awarded the ''Q'' for Tourism Quality by the Spanish Tourist Quality Institute and the internationally recognized ISO 9001:2015 certification. Similarly, in terms of sustainability we are certified under the "Biosphere" seal. At H10 Hotels, we are committed to complying with the most exacting quality standards and legal requirements, always focusing on achieving ongoing improvements in all of our processes and customer satisfaction.​
