How do I track my order?

We offer collections via courier Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays). We are unable to specify an exact time on the day, however collection will take place between 9am-5pm. Please contact customer support to arrange this. If you order has been dispatched via a trackable delivery method you will be able to find tracking information through the orders section of your account. You are also able to track the item through the carrier company’s website with the tracking number we have provided.

My order hasn’t been dispatched yet, what’s happening?

We understand that being home for a collection is not always possible, this is why we also offer the option to drop the item off at a local DPD pick up point and have the product returned to us. For more information on this, please contact customers services and they will be able to provide information and a return label for your nearest DPD station. You can contact us by phone or the contact centre in your ShopTo account to arrange collection. Here at ShopTo we offer a collect and replace option for any consoles you purchased from us that goes faulty within the first 12 months of purchase as part of the warranty. We will endeavour to troubleshoot the problem and also speak with the manufacturer to resolve the issues; but if both these options fail, we will refund or replace your item for you.
