Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is confirmed, it will ship within 24-48 hours and you will receive an email confirmation once it ships. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Free standard shipping for all domestic orders over $65+. Standard shipping will be $7.99 for domestic orders under $65. For standard shipping, your order will be shipped with Trackable Ground Carrier. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order ships. We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. There will be an additional $14.99 charge for each order to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

At NutriBullet, LLC, we stand by every product we sell. We will do everything we can to make you happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you're not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of the delivery of your initial order, we'll refund your money (less shipping & processing).*

In order to receive a refund, it is critical that you have a Return Authorization Number to ensure that your refund is credited to the correct account. Contact Customer Service within the first 30 days of delivery of the product, and one of our Customer Service Operators will give you a Return Authorization Number (valid for 7 days).

Credit card purchases will be refunded to your credit card company the day we process your return. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly statement. NutriBullet, LLC will issue a refund check the same day we process your return for any items purchased by personal check, money order, or cashier's check. Refunds are for complete purchase price, but do not include shipping & processing charges.PLEASE ALLOW US UP TO 2 WEEKS TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN, AND UP TO 30 DAYS FOR REFUNDS.
