FAQ
Do you ship large garden buildings to my address?
Woodland Direct arranges delivery for large timber buildings; shipping methods vary by product and location. Expect curbside or threshold delivery for larger items. Check the product page or contact customer service for delivery options and any additional lift/installation services.
What is the returns policy for garden structures?
Because many buildings are made-to-order or sold as large-item kits, returns for assembled or custom items are typically limited. Smaller accessories may be returnable. Always review the returns details on the product page and contact support before purchasing bespoke items.
Are there discounts or bulk pricing available?
Seasonal promotions and occasional sales are offered; trade or bulk-quantity inquiries can be handled via the sales team. Sign up for the retailer newsletter or contact customer service to ask about current offers and volume pricing.
