Do you ship products?
OhmConnect is primarily a service; it doesn’t ship most items. When devices are offered through partners or links, those third-party retailers handle shipping and returns.
What is the returns or cancellation policy?
You can cancel OhmConnect at any time. Device purchases follow the seller’s return policy; service cancellations stop future event participation but don’t retroactively change earned payouts.
Are there discounts on smart devices?
Occasionally OhmConnect shares partner offers, rebates or discounted device links to help members connect compatible thermostats and monitors—check the device signup pages for current deals.
