Need help?

Does Letyshops handle shipping?

No — Letyshops is a cashback intermediary. Shipping, fulfillment and delivery terms are set by the retailer you buy from, not by Letyshops.

What happens if I return an item?

Returned or cancelled orders typically void the associated cashback. Letyshops adjusts or removes rewards according to the retailer’s return confirmation.

How do I qualify for cashback and promotions?

Create an account, enable the browser extension or start from Letyshops’ site, then click through to a partner store. Cashback appears as pending until the retailer confirms the sale.
