Craft beer is down to Earth, and so are we. We're a bunch of people in a big shed who are passionate about selling amazing beer. There are no egos here, no bad ideas, and - most importantly - no dress code (beyond actually being dressed!). Hierarchy at Beer Hawk takes second place to making a difference, and our culture of openness and idea sharing is something we're really proud of. If (when) the shit hits the fan, everyone rolls up their sleeves and gets stuck in.

A little less conversation, a little more action. We believe that the person closest to the decision should feel empowered to make it happen. This means we tend to crack on with things pretty fast. Got an idea? Make it happen. Test it - if it works, great! If it doesn't then learn, and then try again. As a wise man once said: "be-er the change you want to see in the world". The status quo is not good enough here. We strive to constantly be better at what we do and -no matter how happy we are with something - we do everything we can to make it even better the next time round. HOW TO COLLECT BEER TOKENS

Beer Tokens may take a few days to be credited to your account. Beer Tokens are also only given for actions you make when you are logged in. If you purchase or leave a review when logged out, unfortunately we are unable to track them. You only earn Beer Tokens on purchases of actual beer (cans, bottles, kegs, cases etc), so you won't earn any when you buy merchandise or PerfectDraft machines. To use your Beer Tokens on an order, just make sure you’re logged in and you will be given the opportunity to redeem them when going through the checkout. To keep things simple, each 1 Beer Token is worth £0.05 off your future purchases from beerhawk.co.uk. The monthly beer club is one of the most well-received gifts you can purchase for a beer-drinking friend or loved one. Rather than spending time shopping for the perfect beer gift, you can purchase a 2, 4, 6 or 12 month beer subscription gift package. The beer gift subscription plans are a one-off payment, so you’ll only be charged once. Once you’ve made a payment, we’ll send a gift certificate by email or post to the lucky recipient and they can redeem their gift whenever they like.

Without our customers, we'd be nothing. As a result, we want to make sure they get the best beer and the best customer service possible. Same goes for suppliers - our relationships with them define our business and enable us to stock amazing beers and hard-to-get exclusives. Ultimately, if we live by our values, it reflects in the way that we work and the way we feel about work.
