FAQ

Do you ship tickets?

Most bookings provide instant electronic tickets or vouchers to your phone or email—no physical shipping required. Some providers may still issue printed tickets locally; check the listing details.

What are the cancellation and refund rules?

Cancellation policies vary by supplier and listing. Many experiences offer free cancellation up to 24–72 hours before departure, but confirm the exact terms on each booking page and contact Viator support for exceptions.

How can I find discounts or promo codes?

Look for seasonal promotions, email subscriber deals and last‑minute discounts on the site. Promo codes occasionally appear at checkout; package or multi‑activity savings depend on current offers.
