In addition, upgrading your PC will not void your CCL warranty. Next day delivery is completely free on all our pre-built and customised systems. You can also collect your PC from our Leeds / Bradford showroom.

Technical Support and Advice
When something does go wrong you're fully backed up by our award winning technical support. Unlike many system builders, we prioritise our customer experience and offer low cost telephone numbers, free email support and a technical counter in Bradford where you can get help on upgrades, compatibility and computing tips before and after you have made your purchase. All CCL PCs include a minimum of a premium 3 year collect and return warranty. Unlike many of our competitors, our 3 year collect and return warranty not only covers the cost of labour should the worst happen, but also covers the replacement parts and carriage costs getting the PC to and from CCL for a repair. Upon completion, all PCs are put through their paces in an extensive testing programme and thorough quality control checks to ensure they're completely stable before shipment. We don't install noisy fans or inefficient power supplies in our PCs. All power supplies are 80Plus rated.
