I’m Steve “Smilin” Milin, and I created Vapor4Life after I found the miracle of electronic cigarettes in 2008 and finally started to smoke smarter. I have not smoked a full analog cigarette since October 2008, when the light bulb went off in my head on the 18th hole playing golf.
I realized then and there-- after smoking for 40 years, 4 to 6 packs a day-- that I was paying to kill myself. I was already on meds for asthma and COPD. I had already buried both my parents from smoking related cancer and emphysema. I still couldn’t quit.
My wife’s a nurse with four degrees and she insisted that I —and I wanted to— find a way to quit. I tried everything known to man, but was so addicted that I couldn’t do it. I was spending just under $30,000 a year (between cigarettes and meds) to kill myself. That’s why I became a man on a mission to replicate smoking and receive even more satisfaction with the ultimate smoking alternative.
I am so obsessed that I spent four years overseas inventing the world’s best smoking devices, so that everyone who wants to smoke smarter can and will.
HOW I MADE MY PRODUCTS
I always believe in choices, and I know that when I first used e-cigs they were nothing like cigarettes. I saw the potential. The first product I found, and then re-engineered, was a very simple to use automatic battery and a prefilled cartridge. It replicated smoking so well I became the world’s largest online seller my first fiscal year. I have thousands and thousands of customers who love the form factor and will not move on to my latest creations. I then invented the world’s best modified automatic vape battery (patent pending), and I was using my original prefilled cartridges. The problem was, that while I loved the hit, I love to chew on my cigs and cigars, so I invented my Smileomizer cartomizer, which is patent-pending. It has such features as a soft touch stainless steel battery, a vertical coil atomizer, and my unique medical grade silicone tip, so I don’t hurt my teeth.
