Co-founded in 1974 by Patti Baker, Baker Ross is still a family owned and run business whose innovative ideas have led us to become one of the leading suppliers of arts & crafts to schools, playgroups and organisations in the UK. We employ over 80 dedicated and hard working staff located at our office and warehouse in Harlow, Essex.
Baker Ross has been importing and distributing arts and crafts, educational and fundraising products to schools, playgroups, charities etc. in the UK and abroad by mail order since it started, and now supply thousands of different organisations every year.
We currently offer over 3,000 items through our website and catalogues.

All products sold by Baker Ross Limited come with a money back satisfaction guarantee. Therefore, if for any reason you are not happy with your order or a product, simply return it to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund of the goods value or an exchange. We regret that Personalised Products unless defective cannot be returned.
Products should be in their original unit packaging and resalable condition. This is in addition to your statutory rights. In the unlikely event that you receive an item from us which is defective or sent in error we will refund your postage costs in returning the item.

All our toys satisfy stringent European Community Safety Laws, and carry the CE Mark, the manufacturers and importers declaration that this is the case. We aim to cater for a variety of ages and therefore leave it to the discretion of our customers to assess whether a child is old enough for any particular item, and to ensure it is sensibly used. Items bought from us are not suitable for children under 3 years of age unless otherwise stated.

We want you to be delighted with our products, so if you receive an item that you are unhappy with please return it to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund of the goods value or exchange. We regret refunds cannot be given for opened/part packs or Personalised Products unless the product is defective. Please use the Returns Form sent with your order. Every care must be taken to ensure the product is returned in reasonable condition. Please note, however, that we are not liable for the cost of returning goods to us unless the goods are defective or have been sent in error. Refunds and exchanges may only be processed when the returned item has been received by us. We recommend that proof of despatch is obtained in case of loss in transit.
