Buffy

Our cool-to-the-touch eucalyptus fabric is more breathable than cotton and softer than linen. You might be tempted to never take them off your bed, but our sheets are designed to get softer after every wash. Our eucalyptus is grown in Austria and the Czech Republic using 10x less water than cotton. To dye our sheets, we only use a handful of natural ingredients like gardenia and pomegranate. Meaning no bleach or harsh chemicals here!

''These are never leaving my bed. Except washing day, which made them even softer''. - Aly H.

Cool, inside and out.

The super-soft 100% eucalyptus shell and fill keep you comfy without overheating. Unlike polyester or down, which trap heat, eucalyptus is naturally breathable and cool-to-the-touch.

Material

Each Buffy Breeze Comforter is made entirely from our signature eucalyptus (harvested from regenerative forests in Austria and the Czech Republic) and sewn with 100% recycled thread. What’s more? Eucalyptus uses 10x less water than cotton, and is naturally resistant to dust mites and mold.

Quality + Longevity

Eucalyptus lyocell is as durable as cotton (translation: this is a comforter you can enjoy for years to come). For an earth-friendlier wash, we encourage our customers to clean their comforter at a dry cleaner that doesn’t use the chemical perchloroethylene—considered hazardous by the Environmental Protection Agency—in their process. Plus, a machine-washable duvet cover helps protect your comforter from daily wear and tear.

We offset the CO2 emissions of all shipments from our factory partners to our distribution center to your doorstep, and in the future, aim to offset the emissions generated by our entire supply chain. Today, our comforters ship in vacuum-sealed virgin plastic packaging because the alternative—an oversized shipping box—requires additional fuel and excess emissions to ship. Our Supply Chain team is committed to developing a compostable vacuum-sealed alternative.
