Like a code only insiders understand, the name 24S is inspired by 24 rue de Sèvres, home of Le Bon Marché, the iconic Parisian department store of which 24S embodies the digital experience. With its expert teams, 24S gives you the keys to Parisian elegance, the expression of an untethered and sophisticated aesthetic that marries heritage and modernity. "Live from Paris," 24S connects the world to Paris, the international capital of fashion, and its creative and cultural effervescence.

The Parisian experience continues through to delivery, with special care given to the packaging. There's a little piece of Paris inside every 24S package. Connect to your account on the section “My Addresses” to add or change your address book. Once your order has been placed, you cannot change your delivery address. To change it or to cancel your order, please contact us. If your order is still in preparation, we will try to satisfy your request.


If you are already a member of La Carte 24 Sèvres loyalty program, the link between your two accounts is done automatically when creating an account on with the same email address used on your loyalty card. You can subscribe/unsubscribe easily from Le Bon Marché and 24S communications on your personal account in "Subscriptions". Click on "login" on the top of your screen. Your order is available for the next 6 days at Le Bon Marché. Beyond this time, your order will be automatically returned. If you want to exchange an item ordered on 24S, we offer you a dedicated return service at "L'Instant Click&Collect" at Le Bon Marché store. In order to exchange your item, you have to return the original purchase to get a refund and then place a new order on 24S or buy in store.


To pick-up your order in Click&Collect, you have to provide your order confirmation email and your ID. If you would like someone else to collect your order, please contact us at +33 1 70 37 14 79. Collect your order at "L'Instant Click&Collect" at Le Bon Marché (24, rue de Sèvres, 75007 Paris) any time during the store opening hours. If you place your order after 12.30pm on Saturday or on Sunday, you can collect your order on Monday from 12.30pm. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is ready to collect at Le Bon Marché. Your order will be available for the next 6 days at Le Bon Marché. Beyond this date, your order will be automatically returned. If you chose the Click&Collect delivery at Le Bon Marché, your order will be available at "L'Instant Click&Collect" on the ground floor of the store. You can return your order at "L'Instant Click&Collect" directly once you have collected it. Your order can be returned within 30 days from receipt.
