COX Communications

In order to do our part during this time, we’re making some changes to our essential services to provide relief to customers who have been impacted by the Coronavirus, while also working to keep our employees and the community safe.

Cox is carefully monitoring coronavirus guidelines from health, safety, and local government officials in your area. For your safety and the safety of our technicians, we may or may not be able to enter your home or business. If we’re not able to come inside, we’ll do everything we can from outside using mobile devices and other virtual tools. You may be asked to perform some tasks, but our technicians will assist you and ensure your services are up and running. We have also adjusted our Cox Solutions store hours in some locations. To continue our support of the FCC’s Keep America Connected initiative, we are suspending late fees and extending payment relief options for customers in the company’s low-cost internet program Connect2Compete who express an inability to pay due to pandemic hardships. This commitment is currently in effect through June 30, 2021.

We stand together with a purpose

We will advocate and fight for those whose voices need to be heard and against ideals that violate our values. We're not stopping here. We've got more work to do and we're committed to keeping you informed on how we'll continue to support our communities and push for change. Check back here for the latest updates.

On June 12, the ongoing pain and outrage became even more tense in Atlanta, the city where our company is headquartered and where Cox has a long and proud history…

To support the ongoing fight for racial justice for the Black community, we announced today that we will partner in the Ad Council’s new racial equality campaign, Love Has No Labels, by donating ad space worth an expected $1M…
