Lorex Products (cameras, recorders, and systems) include a one-year warranty. If desired, you can upgrade the protection of your security investment with a LorexCare Extended Warranty Plan. These plans cover virtually anything, ensuring that, no matter what, you will have the security coverage you need for the time your purchase is under warranty for. These plans can be purchased during the checkout process or added to your product within 60 days of purchase.
If possible, Lorex will repair the product if found to be defective. LorexCare Warranties can be applied to products purchased directly from Lorex or authorized Lorex distributors.
If needed, Lorex will replace parts or products if they are found to be defective. Simply provide proof of purchase (i.e. the original sales receipt) in order to validate the purchase date. A credit card statement is acceptable if the receipt is lost.

A three or five-year LorexCare Extended Warranty can be purchased at a one-time additional cost.There is no additional cost for parts or labor if repair is needed. A return authorization number is required for any products that need to be returned and Lorex will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product(s).
