FAQ

Where do you ship?

Flaviar ships to many U.S. states and to selected international markets, but alcohol laws and courier rules create regional restrictions. Availability and shipping costs are confirmed at checkout.

What is your returns policy?

Because of alcohol regulations, returns are generally not accepted. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact customer support—Flaviar typically offers replacements or refunds on a case-by-case basis.

How do member discounts and credits work?

Paid members unlock member-only pricing, early access to drops and periodic credits or signup bonuses. Non-members can still buy bottles but won’t see member-exclusive pricing or early-release access.
